In Boro, Kenya we are coming along side women who have lost their husbands to war, disease or desertion. The violence from the elections, the draught that has caused food prices to soar and the diseases that have claimed many lives is making poor families destitute. Those who suffer most are the women and children.
For $50 per month we can help provide these families with basic staples. Community Enterprise: an additional $5 will purchase a chicken and $36 can provide the gift of a goat to supplement incomes and teach children how to care for animals.
